    Products

    We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. As many of our pots are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, size, shape and finish may occur. Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.

    Pricing

    All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before an order is accepted.

    Orders & Payment

    Orders are confirmed once payment, or an agreed deposit where applicable, has been received. Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout or advised at the time of purchase.

    Deposits

    Where a deposit is accepted to secure a product, the remaining balance must be paid prior or upon collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind or cancel your order, as the deposit reserves the product specifically for you. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    Collection & Delivery

    Customers are responsible for ensuring collection or delivery details are accurate. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the products passes to the customer upon collection or successful delivery.

    Returns & Refunds

    If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. Change-of-mind returns are accepted only at our discretion.

    Change of Mind

    We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases after pick up or delivery.

    Damaged or Faulty Products

    Please inspect your order upon collection or delivery.

    If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

    • Your order number or proof of purchase.

    • A description of the issue.

    • Clear photographs of the damage or fault.

    We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

    Deposits

    Deposits paid to reserve products are non-refundable if you change your mind or cancel your order, as the deposit secures the product specifically for you.
